Can anyone defend their position of voting no to this question.
Sure until WIS gives private world commissioners the ability to set mins and max I don't think it is appropriate to suddenly make their private world rules unenforceable.

I imagine, if one were to send a ticket, WifS would confirm if an owner broke a budgeting rule.    Of course, you'd have to trust that CS understood the rule and actually checked it but there is that option.

Sure, but I personally liked researching and analyzing on my own. Then if I couldn't figure something out or was curious about it, I'd ask questions.
If someone were capable of doing that much research and analysis, I bet they could find the forums.

Seeing past budgets just isn't necessary.  But, if it would make some feel better, allow people to view the first 10 seasons.  After S10, you see nothing.

Yeah but you would have to do that a few times a season if you have a payroll or prospect budget rule because of budget transfers.

I don't think ADMIN has even suggested that "used" payroll/prospect would come off the table.   And, really, if I have 90m in prospect but only use 25m(league rules), I'm just being dumb.

If a league only allows a certain amount in prospect you would need to check with admin on a regular basis. Finding out after the money is spent and the IFA is signed isn't very useful.

On payroll it would depend how the rule is written. ie 30 mil payroll used is different than 30 mil budgeted

It doesn't affect me one way or the other but this change shouldn't have been made until after they allowed the commissioner the ability to set league min/max on all budget items. It wasn't well thought out. Once that is done I would happily support it.

Worlds can adopt "after the fact" remedies - will be able to add up $ spent, can see transfers - force team to forfeit pick, waive the highest bonus spent player

Well, since they broke league rules, it seems like booting their *** is a very effective tool in discouraging one to spend more on an IFA than allowed.    No?
