This is a great idea. Tark is sorely lacking at the D3 level. I should try something for So Cal like this. Nice to have 3 super leagues in a world as a goal.

kb, you defintely should find some ways to encourage more great coaches to join the socal tark.

eastcoast v west coast rivalry would be cool.  but youre going to need to add some depth.

And I know north coast is pretty strong too.  but again, I  they are going to need more depth to compete with usasouthtark over the long haul if we stay full.

Not able to offer a monetary inducement but if anyone couldn't get into the full USAS league I am searching for really good coaches to help me build up So Cal on the opposite coast to challenge USAS. So far we have added 2 more but still need 4 to get full. Every coach is great. I know for sure two NC coaches. I like active CCs and want some guys who want to build and compete. I love D3 personally. I could've gone D1 twenty seasons ago but D3 suits me.

who wouldnt want $50?

Well, $50 is one thing (free money is always good :D), but this conference basically gets 2 extra player's worth of recruiting cash per team every year as well and it is spread out from Newport News, VA in the north to West Palm Beach, Florida in the south. Should be much easier to do a rebuild here than other places because of geography and recruiting cash.

You will have to schedule well because this conference is full of good coaches, so wins will be hard to come by in Conference .. but the SOS is awesome :)

There are 31 Hoops Dynasty championships by coaches in this conference (just with their named IDs .. no idea if any have championships with alternate IDs) .. 15 in the East and 16 in the West.
