Congrats, another national title at La Grange

Thanks, was a great season and a great run in the NT, I owe a lot to Averett for getting that large comeback and knock off Augustana who I thought was a top 4 team in the nation.  Going through pepwaves and 2 30 win teams was a tough schedule.

Glad I kept the top rpi and sos.  Did it last season but was knocked out early(wow I've gotten to the point where F4 is early exit the past 3 seasons!)

0nly's AA  team:

PG Raymond Rowe Wesley
Season Type A SPD REB DE BLK LP PE BH P WE ST DU FT OVR
90 Current 52 89 2 73 2 24 89 49 78 81 95 51 B- 685
Yr. GP GS MIN FG% FG3% FT% OREB REB AST TO STL BLK PF PTS
90 20 20 24.9 .471 .421 .776 0.7 1.4 3.8 3.5 2.3 0.0 2.8 21.7

Thought about taking this away from Rowe at the end due to the academic ineligibility, but that stats and ratings are still there, and I don't see any other candidates that combine ratings and stats, Marlowe from Methodist was close as well as McLaughlin from Chicago.

SG
Peter Smith La Grange
Season Type A SPD REB DE BLK LP PE BH P WE ST DU FT OVR
90 Current 64 93 1 75 5 1 89 85 57 72 95 49 B- 686
Yr. GP GS MIN FG% FG3% FT% OREB REB AST TO STL BLK PF PTS
90 35 35 24.7 .447 .417 .713 0.3 1.1 1.7 2.0 2.1 0.0 1.6 19.5

Best player on the best team.  Smith was a D2 player I got cheaply a few seasons ago and blossomed into imo the best player in the nation this season.  Not only was he a great offensive weapon he was a shutdown defender.  He is also mine hence the clear bias.

SF
John Brown Augustana
Season Type A SPD REB DE BLK LP PE BH P WE ST DU FT OVR
90 Current 73 52 47 84 41 49 81 51 46 84 91 92 B 791

90 31 29 21.1 .517 .451 .748 1.8 5.3 1.7 1.7 1.3 0.5 1.4 17.0

Brown combined the best ath/spd/def to go along with great big men skills with nice rebounding/sb, and guard skills with solid bh/pas and the ability to play high minutes.

PF Brian Arnold Dominican
Season Type A SPD REB DE BLK LP PE BH P WE ST DU FT OVR

90 31 31 22.7 .534 .000 .836 1.9 6.5 0.8 1.7 0.6 0.8 2.0 13.7

I really like the 50/50 ath/spd combined with 89 reb and 98 lp.  The bh/pas is great for a scoring PF as well as the elite B+ FT rating.  Put up a solid 13.7 points on 53.4% shooting and 6.5 rebounds.

C Mark Johnson Lewis and Clark
Season Type A SPD REB DE BLK LP PE BH P WE ST DU FT OVR
90 Current 71 14 99 71 83 99 6 9 20 71 82 55 C 680
Yr. GP GS MIN FG% FG3% FT% OREB REB AST TO STL BLK PF PTS
90 29 29 27.8 .535 .000 .689 3.5 11.5 0.8 2.6 1.1 1.9 1.9 25.8

Johnson has elite reb/sb and elite ath.  The speed is a little low for my taste, but is fine in the zone.  The offense is strong with max rebound.  Stamina was great in the zone and put up big numbers with a double double(rare) with 25.8 points and 11.5 rebounds a game on efficient scoring 53.5% shooting.

And I just realized these are the exact players I chose at the beginning of the season, I agree 100% there wasn't any place I felt there weren't better candidates.

Enjoy!
