How high can I as a D prestige look to recruit immediately and how high to look for drop downs?
around 80 right away

60-79 is usually pull down 70-79 can be right away too depending on the rating. I'd still call to double check.

I like to recruit early, but not put a lot of money into them until you see if a higher prestige school is going after them. If no one is on them after the 11 PM cycle, then I would get them solid and save your money to see if you have any competition.
