I wish they would give us something to tie us over til the real fix is in. Maybe just dbl the att pts for an EE which still wouldn't be as much att pts as a normal schollie but would be a good easy start to just tie us over for awhile.

I wish, too. I wish they would finally say it is staying as it is. Period. There would be a flurry of whining and quitting, then we would move on. Dragging it out like this just prolongs the incessant whining.

Or maybe they could just eliminate EEs for a few seasons too. Then they could monitor that and see if they like the differences it makes in recruiting. I feel it would allow more coaches to build their team and lower the amount of walkons. This would allow for more lower tier schools to pick up the mid level recruits that the upper teams won't need. It would make the lower teams more complete and competitive. It would make it easier for the DII schools to pick up the upper fringe D1 recruits thus making them better. Overall it could make the game much better by eliminating EEs

This is probably the best idea.

If they do nothing but say they will, we get these threads every 4-6 weeks.
If they do something, it won't satisfy everybody. So we get more whine threads about the update.
If they say they're doing nothing, we'll get a month of crying but then it will be done.

And then we'll have more posts whining about the whining. It's a viscous cycle.

anyone who has a different opinion is a whiner

waiting for the adjustment they said was in process. if not happening some time soon, they should tell customers the truth, Misleading customers is bad practice. Is that whining?

No. They should do something or say they're doing nothing.

Rip the band-aid off instead of slowing peeling it away.

agreed - if they no longer have a change in the works they should just say so - or they should make the change reasonably soon
