Personally, I would either put 8 or 0 in rebounding. At 7 he will stay the same, so I disagree with the one that said 6. I would rather start out by using all of my minutes on the green and blue values. Once they turn black, then start working or rebounding. Even at 0 he'd probably only lose 1-2 points per season, whereas the could gain a lot more in therein areas. I always start with 20 in conditioning, and go 25 minutes in the offense and defense. Conditioning - 20
Reb - 0
FW - 15
LP - 10
PE - 10
BH - 15
P - 10
As some of the greens turn to blue, and blues to black, I would switch. With LP and PE, 4 is the break even point, so that's why I am not higher on those, since those are each 6 above break even, FW is 8, BH is 8 and P is 3 above break even.
