When I am done, and I have time, I usually throw some AP on guys that I think might not get signed so I have some credit on them if I need them the following season.
I also intentionally put effort into other teams recruits that I have no intention on signing to make them spend more to sign players reasonably consistently. I only do it to good programs though and never to different division schools.
