Not true. I had 180+ people in my 500 mile radius and I only got 158 in my camp.

Edit- I know this because after I FSSed and had people within 500 miles in the divisions I had in my camp that weren’t at the camp.

Could those extra 22+ recruits be jucos? I think only HS players attend camps.

That is correct. I should have qualified it as being for all HS players. JC players don't attend camps.
