Is that true that flex is better for perimeter and triangle is better for low post.

Flex definitely is better with high perimeter/high speed scorers.
I find triangles works better with an inside and outside option. Flex doesn't need the inside option.

Nothing more controversial than choosing which offense to run. Honestly I think its best for the players to decide for themselves what set to run on Gameday. Who are we to tell these kids how to live their lives? You're better off leaving those boxes blank, it was best choice that I have ever made.
