Per the rules...

"For the playoffs: The only rule is that only your designated starting pitchers may start a game. (No stashing Milacki or McDowell to start a playoff game)"

This would include 2016 Kershaw.

Oh, well, that's annoying. Guess I'll just put my starters on 40/40 pitch counts with a 5 pull setting
