one of the guys who recently posted 'one of these' (after an NT game loss) ended up taking the feedback and adjusted his team the next season and won the title.

i think as long as the poster is genuinely open to feedback about their team and their coaching, these threads can be useful. if its just 'omg RNGesus strikes again', i get where you are coming from - but many of these threads have taken a productive turn from there.
