Now another rich, old, white guy is going to save the Dems.?!
Aren't those things they've whined about Trump for the last 4 years?
That Party is a freakin' joke (and the Repubs ain't much better). Tons of people, like me, who used to be supporters, will almost certainly never go back.

I feel the same in reverse! lol
2/18/2020 12:22 PM
You are getting waaaayyyy ahead of yourself. Bloomberg hasn't even won a single delegate. Calm down.
2/18/2020 12:24 PM
LOL. He hasn't even competed for delegates yet!!
You might want to wait until he actually participates in a STATE first.
We'll see how well He does in Nevada.
2/18/2020 12:47 PM
He's not on the ballot until Super Tuesday.

He's still polling 3rd nationally, and about to take a massive hit on Wednesday after he gets killed on the debate stage.

Bloomberg is going to need to nearly sweep Super Tuesday to have a chance. And that aint happening. FWIW, 538 gives him an 8% chance of winning a majority of delegates and 16% chance of winning a plurality.
2/18/2020 1:32 PM
I think 538 is usually way off.
Bloomberg is polling well in Nevada without even having ANY physical presence. He hasn't even been there!

I saw a poll this AM, with age as a factor.
The under 45 group polled had Sanders with a HUGE lead. Sanders had like 54% of all under 45 folks polled.
And in the over 45 group polled it was Bloomberg with a huge lead.

It appears to me that (much as I hate to admit it) crazy Dougie is on to something. The DNC and party insiders are scared to death of Bernie winning (because they THINK He'll lose to Trump) and they are definitely out to stop him!
THAT is a huge mistake.
The Sanders voters (many of them) will refuse to vote Dem. and some WILL vote Trump.

In 2016 a full 16% of Sanders voters (that's 1 in 6!) in Pennsylvania ended up voting Trump.
The report I saw also claimed a similar phenomenon happened in Wisconsin!

What the F? Are the Dems just trying to screw up............ again!
2/18/2020 1:48 PM
You are dead on about the DNC wanting to stop Sanders.

But it won't be with Bloomberg. It will be with Klob. Or Pete. Or Biden. Or even Warren.

Watch the debate tomorrow. SOMEONE is going to destroy Bloomberg. And whoever does, is going to get a donation from me.
2/18/2020 6:21 PM
I am going to watch the debate. It should be quite interesting.
It could REALLY shake things up.
Imagine another poor debate from Biden, or a misspeak/gaffe from him.

I believe this debate is critical for HE AND Bloomberg.
Either one could really flame out quickly depending on what happens in this debate.
Biden's campaign already appears to be on "life support" just trying to get to S. Carolina before the flame out occurs.

As a third party..(OH WAIT...THAT WOULD BE BLOOMBERG OR SANDERS)...standing afar...I have no doubt some of the candidates not yet bought off by Bloomberg, will bring attention his tax returns or lack of them and attack him on his racism and horrible treatment of women.

After tonight...we will know who got the money. And that will allow him to buy off even more of the media while keeping his media empire silent.

As you all know, he has agreed not to expose himself our his opponents. ONLY Trump is not protected in his deal.

What's even more interesting is not the debates that will come up tonight, but rather that fact he is even there in the first place. He bought off people to get a podium and milk carton to stand on. A lot like when he was Mayor of New York City and the law says you get two 4 year terms but he BOUGHT a third term.

Either the posters here stand up for what they preach...or they go with the money...like all the democrat lawmakers will. Bye bye AOC.
