schwarze, the biggest surprise in the above lists is you scoring 1185 runs with the 1915 AL team. Even allowing for the fact that they were facing a lot of those execrable 1920s-AL pitching staffs, that's amazing. The other 3 teams in your division, AL teams from the late-teens, scored between 808 and 881. You beat that by more than 300 runs.

The more I look at it, the more incredible it is. Your team OPS was .793...just above league average. And it's not like you were stealing bases...you (correctly in my view) seem to have set everyone to SB0 except maybe Shoeless Joe. And of course, you didn't benefit at all from Ruth's bat since there was a DH.

FYI - The Joe Jackson SB/CS was a mistake. Meant to set the SB setting to 0, but it was accidentally set at 2. Playing in so many leagues, I completely missed that.

Seven teams make it to the Post-Season in Round Three. Six of the seven lost Game 1 of their Best Of Five. The only one that won Game 1 is a 79-win team that barely won the division on Game 162. It ended up beating a 103-win team. You just gotta love WIS...

I had four teams make it to game 5 in the first round of the playoffs, including my 107-win team and 102-win team. All four lost. If takes a unique kind of skill to lose four out of four coin tosses, when my side of the coin is well over 50%.

Despite getting 2 of the top 3 overall records, I managed only one team into a WS and proceeded to blow a 3-1 there. Maybe next round?

Of the playoff teams that advanced past the first round, one lost 4-3 in the LCS (blowing a 3-1 lead) and the other lost 4-3 in the World Series. That makes 0-for-6 in series-deciding games. Good times.
