There is no dev team anymore, there hasn't been any updates at all on the game in years. So you can forget about any type of results from a test league being used as input for updating the sim engine.

There also hadn't been a filled champs league since 2012 (before we lost Tom, Paul, and the team), and yet we've filled multiple in the last couple of months and look to be filling another shortly... They may not have a full dev team dedicated to simbaseball, but they still have a game manager and test resources. I'm confident if we were able to demonstrate a need strong enough it would get fixed.
