General point that keeps getting downplayed or deemed a non-factor, that i can't let slide by--> that A+ plus prestige is no big deal.

In my opinion and experience, A+ prestige is freakin huge. Huge. Huge. Huge.

...Otherwise, people, including me, wouldn't park their azzes at A+ schools in perpetuity. I just suck and choke and cannot win a National Championship... but my A+ prestige is a very very very very important advantage. There are just a few owners that can overcome the disadvantage, and *usually* it's based on being in a remote location and/or with weak nearby rival schools.

Interesting. Sorry I disappeared for a bit. A few things about this..... 1) I agree I'm doing well with Portland. But i did mess up and sign 12 players on a zone team. Will fix going forward. Its literally the only school I've ever been at in any division that I've won a fair amount of rolls. And I don't mean 50% of my rolls won. I just mean like any at all! 2) Missouri sucks balls. I'm just FB press there and have great stamina, which was the goal. And we have a lot of upperclassmen. 3) Louisville...... so much to say here. First, I have 0 seniors so that's a factor. I also scheduled too hard. (Shout out to mully!). But having said all that I still have the highest ATH/SPD in the Big 12 (not that ATH/SPD is everything. But it's a good starting point). I also return everybody next season and signed a solid recruit. I'm actually surprised you guys think Louisville looks that bad. I plan on winning the Big 12 honestly. I'm only an A- cuz I had a lucky upset of 3 seeded Duke last season in round 1 and played a fellow upset in round 2 I believe (meaning I just got that high, and it was lucky. I've been in the B range since my arrival). I admit I haven't gotten the PER I need to do well with the triangle. But that leads me to my final point...... you guys play D1 so I'm surprised you don't know the answer to why I'm not "stacked at Louisville after just 4 seasons"....... roll roll roll roll roll. The reason I hate D1. I've won two rolls at Louisville, Lockett and Savoy. I've had to have lost well over 10 at just that school. I know for a fact I've lost a roll to the same coach 3 times! Guy has less prestige than me. I think his name is like zoomsvf maybe at Mississippi St?

I can't avoid rolls. I'll lead on a player for 10 cycles with no one in sight. The cycle he signs it will be a 4 way roll. I've taken on A+ teams, I've battled crap teams. I've battled solid teams slightly below my prestige like the school/coach I've mentioned earlier. Some things you just can't control. But on that team..... Lockett and Savoy are my best. Dittman will be a good PG. Porter is a good big. Lovelace and Bagley are both very good players. The only players there I don't really like are Porter (who turned colors too fast) and Bells.

If you win the Big 12 with Louisville you are indeed the best coach in WIS.

All joking aside, I'm in that same area of recruiting in Smith and its pretty congested with B level mid majors (along with all the other big dogs). Takes a few seasons to get used to but Louisville will be very solid moving forward. Also, Top, I wanted Lovelace. You had a good, calculated push against me in recruiting I remember.

Thanks man. I'm a good recruiter. I know how to handle this game top to bottom. Sometimes I don't apply myself as much as I used to. But fact is there's nothing I can do about losing rolls. And that's what I'm known for.

But as far as winning the big 12, I've gone on record to say I believe its the worst Big 6 conference in any world at the moment. That's no offense to the guys there. I love that conference. But we're just growing as a conference. But I won the regular season this year (at least on my half), and I'm returning everybody. And getting a solid freshman. I think I win the conference for sure next season. I don't know, we'll all see I guess. I'll bring the results here next season. But I'm betting on myself.

Edit..... I may be decent at this game but yes I'm an idiot! I realize I'm crossing up the big 12 with the big east. Haha. But I'll leave it written as is so others can laugh this morning!
