mmm, pancakes...

Yeah, that's it, My contribution to this discussion. I am not going to take the bait. We were discussing how some here don't understand a thing bagchucker writes, he showed us a photo of pancakes with butter falling down, and we somehow got onto....racism and Trump and the elections.

I have no idea what bagchucker wanted to indicate with the photo of pancakes and butter, but - mmm pancakes, oh, wait, I digress...whatever it was I bet it was not "Trump, racism, elections".

God I can't wait till Jan. 21st so we can all talk about something else. By the way, we won the Georgia runoffs, nya,nya,nya,nya,nya,nya ! Anyone want pancakes?

I grew up on Log Cabin cuz it was always cheaper. But, once I got a sweet sweet taste of old Mrs. Buttersworht, I wasnt looking back.


With that being said, go and google the SNL skit of aunt jemima from 2 months ago.....it's pretty ridiculous and funny

I agree I always liked mrs butterworth the best of the 3.

I grew up in MA and live in NH....can't stand the real stuff....I think that its too sweet....I like the fake.....I realize I'm probably the only person in NH who says that, but still

Amen, brother, Amen. While note a New Englander, my Dad was and he never allowed anything other than authentic maple syrup in the house. That's a tradition I've continued. It's totally worth the extra money.

I do pancakes about once a month. It is basically a big FU to my doctor. And it is totally awesome. Even though I prefer French Toast with the powdered sugar. My kids eat Eggos. I have tried to tell them that those are not waffles. They don't seem to care.

And what does it matter if it is a 2 or a 3 2B#.

The guy can't hit doubles worth a flip.

As someone who has lived in Vermont at least for a while, I completely agree. Here in Italy we can't get the New England good stuff, but we have authentic maple syrup from Canada. None of the processed-food high fructose corn syrups for us. Real maple syrup. Canada counts right?
