OK, I'm going to just post the franchise, in part because I can't decide which season to choose. We'll stay in the Keystone state with both...

1. Philadelphia/KC/Oakland Athletics (League 2)
2. Pittsburgh Pirates (League 5)
Well, at least that validated my thinking as it took my top two picks. So, I need a bit more research but should have my pick in later tonight.

is there a separate draft for each time period or one draft for each team in which you can only draft one team from each period?

One draft for each franchise - you'll select one year from each of the 6 ranges and will use 4 players from each team (5 from one team)

I guess I'll take a Dodgers team also. That way, when the two people ahead of me take the two teams I want, I'll have been punished for changing the initial draft process.
