I don't know if it is because of the old code or lack or personnel, but had something just like this happen in June 2023 and it affected the cycles leading up to and including the Rule 5 draft. Admin said nothing could be done. It was a mess. Bottom line, don't expect a remedy for this glitch. Hopefully there will be an explanation of some sort. Really overdue for a State of the Union regarding this game.
