Actually, you missed one of my seasons. My first year was season 20 when I "Tempted Karma" by drafting both Pete Rose and Nolan Ryan onto the NY Mets. I learned my lesson as I stumbled down the stretch, finishing 81-81.
In season 23, I started to figure things out. I won 93 games and won the World Series with the Atlanta Braves.
In season 24, I won 99 games with LA Dodgers, but lost in 5 games to an 82-win Phillies team in round 1.
In season 25, my 88-win "Yaz-less Red Sox" won two game sevens (LCS, WS) to win it all.
In season 27, I tried the Dodgers again, winning 97 and strolling to a World Series win, losing only 3 total playoff games.
In season 28, a low draft pick landed me the Indians. I won 91 games, but lost 3 games to 2 in round 1 to the Rangers.
In season 30, with my first ever high draft pick, I chose the Astros. Their 93 wins was the NL's high total, but another first round loss to the 85-win Padres (3-2).
So, 7 seasons in total. Six playoff appearances, three WS wins and three first round defeats (all three in game 5).
