I was thinking about taking them as a second team. I highly recommend doing some trading with the pirates and padres due to the split season players that you guys have in common. The giants are yours.

We will go public shortly. I don't want us to get ahead of the original league by too much.

Hey, I mentioned this to Strassy on the other forum, but he didn't answer. Also, if my math isn't too stale, there'll be two open '87 teams we can draft from once the league fills up, correct?

strassy = an owner in this league under a differing name.

Yes, there will be 2 untaken teams to plunder.

I am going to go public tomorrow with an ad.

too many multi-team players for the Pirates, so I will drop them and get really crazy and take theSeattle Mariners

cool. I was thinking of taking the pirates as a second team... too early for a second team as of yet, though.

I'll take the Pirates if you're still looking for players in the league...le me know. Holleybard showed me this league a couple of weeks ago and I was intrigued.
