i like the blind bid process for IFA mentioned earleir

I don't like the deviation from MLB, but I do think the earlier suggestion of a draft lottery would seriously mitigate tanking.

snake I do not know you nor do I care to. The impression you give off is that all you want to do is make personal attacks without offering up anything of substance to the topic of conversation. If you wanted to add in something of substance I would love to hear it, otherwise don't bother.

You won't lower the highest bid, there is just no way to do it unless you limit how much people can budget for prospects, which is part of the suggestion I made ($30M).

The blind bid would only work if it is in conjunction with the rest of the proposal I discussed. By having all the internationals available at the same time. If there are say 5 or 6 star IFA's, teams will have to make a decision on who to put a blind bid on, it's possible the "heavy" budget teams will all compete for 1 or 2 of those IFA's, if that is the case only 1 can win, shutting the other teams out and opening up the other IFA's to other teams.

It's not perfect, but it creates more competition and as the proposal I made suggests it minimizes the benefits of tanking by removing the guarantee a little that you will land a star IFA.
