FWIW, I have a completely different opinion for real life. I'll just compare this guy to Joba Chamberlain. Joba has rarely pitched into the 7th and he's proven to be a slam the door set-up guy. So I think it's a good fit.
I'd much rather have Joba pitch the 7th-8th of a tight game than start. Only because you can get a "feel" for the game. In MLB, you might be losing 2-0 but you've a ton of baserunners stranded, had a guy thrown out at the plate and made a couple of baserunning mistakes. You're getting to the guy. In HBD, if could be the same scenario or the opposing pitcher could have a one-hitter going. You haven't even come close to scoring. But "Joba" would still come in and possibly just waste an appearance as you finish with one hit for the game.
