Depends on the cap...lower the cap, better he does.  I just think he gives up too many HR for caps of 140 or higher.

Is the 1919 Pete Alexander anywhere as dominating as the 1915 version?  Taking into account the lesser innings of course.  I am putting a theme league together and I can use any version of him and I am not hurting for IP.  If they are comparable I can put the $7M elsewhere.
