Final Four are Rays, Dbacks Rockies and Marlins?

Do Mets, Colts/Astros, Senators/Rangers and/or Angels qualify to fit with Padres?

Combo teams will not be able to enter the league until all regular franchise teams are entered and Admin removes the franchise soup restriction.

okay I will do a combo expansion team of some sort. Either someone combined with Padres or the Final Four expansion.
