Mauer's AVG/OBP split is around 80, so his eye would be around 80.

He also his lefties (.768 OPS) much worse than righties (.952).

His power is not all that great either.

I'd put him at 90/60/75/95/80.
I'd probably go 70 for power
I'd say 68.

In real life, eye effects pitch recognition.

In this game, click on any player and you'll see Eye roughly equal to difference between OBP and AVG.
This is a very interesting and fascinating observation.  I looked at about 10 players on my ML roster from one of my teams and noticed the equation was closer to:

OBP-AVG = Eye-5

Now that I know that, that will be a very handy tool.  Love it!!!!

It varies from world to world.   It's not 1:1 but it's close enough to give you an idea.    It's one of the first places I look if I have a player over/underperforming.   If my 70 eye has a difference of 100, I don't expect him to maintain his level of play.   Same thing if he has a difference of 40.
