Yes. It is good. Simple rule of thumb for player gain is take the number of games practiced and double it. Your guy with 23 games, + 2 practice games, has 25 games. A normal player who has not redshirted would be doing really really good with 50 points of improvement. Mr. Edwards, who IS redshirted, is most exemplary.

Thanks that is good to hear... I think he will be a very good player for Zaga. Was surprised nobody else tried for him.

Just for those interested, Sims went from 489 freshman to 800+ senior who was drafted 41st in the draft.

I think if my UTSA team had made a run in the NT instead of dropping our first game against an SEC team he might have had a shot at being a first round pick.

This guy had 7 high highs I believe.  Went up 105 freshman year, 98 soph, and is up 47 so far this year (plus about 20 each offseason).  Scary thing is he hasn't maxed out any categories yet.  Player thoughts e-mail had ath/stam as low, per as high, everything else as average.

Michael Stewart

Came in with high in everything but shot blocking (low) and durability (average)
Great two categories not to have highs in.......

From scouting, he was high-high in athleticism, defense, low post, perimeter, and passing
low-high in ball handling and speed
didn't get rebounding or stamina, but based on improvement, i'd say that rebounding too is high-high
increased 63 points this season with little playing time and a starting WE of 41
looking forward to seeing him improve, should be fun

milky how much practice time are you putting into his perimeter? and how much in off/def team practice? if you don't mind me asking? improving 16 points in 17 games is pretty incredible.
