It makes no more sense to deteriorate the quality of Fielding Instructors than it does to continue to lower the talent in the amateur drafts.  One wonders sometimes if WIS is an exercise in disappointing customers over time.  ;-`

It makes no sense for everyone to have the same quality of fielding instructors than it does to ensure that everyone has a staff full of aces.  One wonders if users don't understand that if everyone has an 80, 80 is just average.
