I tend to regard this question from a realistic standpoint. My DI schools have been UMBC and currently North Texas. With north schools I would continually go after the big boys, especially at my B prestige UMBC program. Five star recruits that I jumped on from the outset would give me back-up option messages. I would then just touch base with them in the hopes that they would slide under the radar. Most of the time Maryland or Georgetown would find them and I was toast. This, real-worlded, makes absolute sense. If my son is a decent basketball player that I thinl can go to a "good" DI school, I will listen to UMBC until the big dogs come calling. If they do, sayonara UMBC. This to me is one of the more realistic parts of the game. As far as scouting trips go, 15 is the most % ever have cash for. 135 is mind boggling to me.
