Spinaldog's team, Buster & Bucky, cruised to a NL West title with 92 wins. Then, they began to climb the mountain, defeating a higher win team each round of the playoffs. First B&B beat halo23's Snugglewhiskers, whose 93 wins had taken the NL Central, in four games. Then, in the NLCS, Buster & Bucky outlasted the 96 win My EO, piloted by batandball, in a thrilling seven game set. Then, finally, spinaldog's B&B boys took care of the 100 win AL champs This Is Gonna Get Ugly In A Hurry, who were managed by mensu1954, in six games. In the World Series, four out six games were decided by one run, and the clincher was the only game of the Series won by the road team.
