Don't listen to these guys. It is much more rewarding to build something from the ground up!
However, if your goal is to either move up divisions, or make the tournament ASAP, then it makes sense to go.
Personally, I enjoy building from the ground up, though.
I plan on staying long term. I am making up my record in division 2 like I have previously said. I am eventully going to have to change the class structure.
Record not that important when trying to build a program up to its max potential. Atleast that's the case to me. Yes building a program can be very rewarding
Once I hit division 2, i'll make a quick jump to division 1 low major. Build a program again perhaps build a good conference. I haven't thought that far through yet.
I need some advice on how to change the class structure to a winning structure. Its poorly setup right now, its obvious that i'm going to have to do it when I have loads of freshman and sophomores. But i'm going to put that off for later.
