I did read it, and I didn't find verification of the 99% number. That seems random. In addition, we define cartels differently.

The pastor at my church and a bunch of people there went to Honduras recently and talked to hundreds of former migrants.... None of them mentioned the cartel.

Because they lied or didn’t want to talk about. It’s $500mil business for the Cartels and they run the border. Google it anytime you like. It is actually a well known and iindisputable fact. They terrorize the people of Mexico and US citizens on the Southern Border.

I disagree with you, but let's say that that is true. How does that mean that the migrants integrity is lost in any way? They aren't owned by the cartel.
