Hitter: 2003 Barry Bonds*
Pitcher: 2004 Johan Santana**

*Braves need a 1B and there are 4 really good options, 2 Pujols and 2 Helton, but can't pass on Bonds even if it means someone has to play 1B out of position.

**I agonized over this decision (and still may change my mind!) between Santana and 2003 Gagne. My heart says Gagne's 83 lights out innings will be awesome, especially in the playoffs! My brain says I need the innings, Santana's HR issues won't hurt us too bad in Turner, and we won't even make the playoffs if we pitch Paul Byrd in this league. For now, the brain wins.
