How big of a difference is there with that business about guards needing LP to finish around the rim? Should I start looking at the LP ratings for guards I'm recruiting now?
Incidentally, I totally disagree with that logic. Driving guards finishing at the rim require a completely different set of skills than those necessary to operate in the low post. There is the occasional guard that actually does post up, but they are few and far between in college. I could see giving guards with decent LP a few possessions in the post, but I don't think LP should affect finishing at the end of drives.
