There would not be the top 100 RPI schools it ends up much lower cause of the Auto-bids. The ACC would only expand by 1 team its the Big East that would expand by a lot and only them as a Big 6 Conference.
This is a list of the next schools that missed the tourney but would be in a 96 team tourney by RPI, not exact science but it gives you an idea of who would make it in most likely.
