We'll see how it goes. Color me skeptical, for now. A decent, loyal company (that does
more than
pretend to be up-front with it's customers) would have done a better job keeping loyal customers in the loop, not waiting until all the backlash hit the forums and it was obvious customers were bailing ship (and fast).
Loyalty is a two way street. For some, $10 is all they want. They're happy. For others, they just want to know wtf is going on. A little communication goes a very, very long way.
IOW, they already missed (screwed up, neglected, etc) the first step.
