It's really only one season.    I'm not saying I wouldn't like to adjust some things to 0 or 20 but one season of 14 or 6 isn't going to deter me from taking a team.

The problem comes when you have A. a ton of older guys who's health is on the down slope and now you have to roll with 14 in med/train, B. as someone else said, you have a top 5 pick but can only invest 14/14 and WIS pulls one of the famous this guy is so good everyone in the planet has heard of him except for you, a major league baseball team

I tend to draft players who won't sign in my first season in a world.   Solves B.    A might be a bit tougher but trade is always an option.
