I say again, it's one thing if he were redshirting or injured, but he's a perfectly healthy player who's played zero minutes all season.  Even if one agrees he would have chosen UNC over OU in the first place regardless of playing time, there should be something in the programming that makes him much more likely to transfer given his the lack of minutes at UNC.
