Yeah sure.  I don't mind having multiple teams from the same city, either... though any more than 2 and we're stretching things a bit beyond realistic.  My city will be Ash-something that'll be near a real NBA franchise to be sure (like Ashburn, Virginia or Ashland, KY or Ashland City, MS or Asheville, NC - etc)
