Say I take BYU (who I'm not actually looking at), can I add EVERY nba player that wore number 45, or only ONE non byu alum that wore 45?

It's also not completely clear regarding the banned schools, can players from there be taken by number? i.e. will the BYU team get MJ or not.

Natenoy you can add only one player who wore number 45. And UCLA, Kansas and North Carolina can only build a team from their rosters. except for the 3 players under 750k who are there to fill minutes. Yes you can still use MJ is you choose Utah

yeah that's what so great about this league and believe it or not with the low cap you can get creative.  For example my Alabama starting line up has Clyde Drexler (my recruit) starting at PG and have Robert Horry starting at Center.
