I am going to go with 85 American leaguers. 

I would just like to reiterate the reason I am disappointed with the etiquette of having multiple teams and not alternating picks.  Doesn't matter who the teams were it was the lack of choice.  A lot of money spent on this tournament to have bad etiquette at the end. 

You know what BUBBA...I see your point.  Although I don't think it would have changed much in the end result, I do see your point.  Shame on me for not recognizing that earlier - and I'll know better next time the same type of scenario comes up.  If someone would have mentioned it between the beginning of this tournament (back in September 2011 all the way up until 3:10 AM on 6/1/2012, I would have amended this draft to have DEWELCH71 pick his N.L. team with his second pick.  I'm not going to go back and change things now but I'll know better in the future.  Again, I don't think anything much (if at all) would have changed in the end - I still think the final three selections would have still been the final three selections...but, then again, I don't have a magic crystal ball to know that for sure.

Juice that sounds pretty sarcastic.  You told him to put his teams in different leagues and we all knew that from 2nd round on.  It might not have changed much but I believe he knew exactly what he was doing.  So don't go into the if I 'd known from the beginning because it was your rule.  It is done and it doesn't sound to me like you would not have done anything about it based on that reply.  Of course it is too late to fix it.  The point is it should have been enforced the second he took the pick.   The bigger point is that he should not have done it. 

I am not cool with this at all but I don't have any choice but to play it out.  I especially do not like the more I type this the condescension,  JUICE.

I believe my point is valid and since I have invested in 11 teams in this tournament I am playing it out.   

Honestly, I don't know where you see sarcasm and condescension in my reply.  None was intended and after reading it over and over, I can't believe you're taking it that way.  I meant every word I said and I don't know how else to put it.  If you take it in that sense, then that's your prerogative - but it surely wasn't meant that way.

Oh man, I sure am glad I'm not the commish of this league. Oh wait, I am. Juice asked me to commish so I'll get a number up and ready soon. I just happen to be on vacation right now and I have to wait until I get back to the hotel. No way I can do that on my smartphone.

I am really enjoying this league and I hope it repeats soon. Thanks, Juice, for all the labor you put into it. One thing that I think would have improved it would be to have five teams in each division, four of which will be drafted. Thebubbaq and other late drafters would have had more options that way. The same would hold for round 3 of this tournament. In a four round draft I had only two picks. The other two I had no choice on as they were the only team left in the two divisions I had to draft from. Having half my team handed to me with no choice in the matter is not what I call a draft. A 5th team in every division would have gratly enhanced it for me.

When you say 'franchises' I assume you mean franchise-years.

For example, I have AL 1967-1975.  One of my 4 teams is the 1970 Twins.  

If I add the 1973 Rod Carew to my team as my 25th player (who played on the Twins that year), and he gets 500 PAs does he count towards my 2 Twins requirement? Or do I have to have 2 1970 Twins reach 500 PAs?

Good question.  I meant for the requirement to be two position players from each of the four initial teams finish with a minimum of 500 PA's - so in your case, you have to have two 1970 Twins reach the requirement.  I can see where I might have caused some confusion there.
