If you're going to quote me, don't leave out a word in the middle of the sentence..especially when the actual words are up top in your own post.

As far as the "use your brain" statement, that wasn't directed at you specifically but at the idea of 'why should I be expected to know that?' which was floating around the thread.  It's the same point about dumbing down recruiting, I just didn't try to sugarcoat it at first because of the indignant vibe I was getting.  And to piggyback on what ike said about that, it's not so much that it changes how I value your idea..but it does change the tone of my reaction to it.
