I wasn't going to post here, but t2bott is getting the criticism all wrong. Those trades he's posting are salary dumps. It's not collusion. You have one guy basically saying "here, have this guy I don't want anymore, I'll pay for his salary this year. You're on the hook next year." It clears some space on next years cap.
The problem that the world needs to fix is that the cost to hoarding young players should be that you will lose some of them for nothing, but AG rarely has to pay that cost, because too many owners in the world are happy to bail him out of those tough choices on late or post arb-eligibles. There aren't too many instances of trade rape anymore, though it clearly happened a bit earlier in the worlds history (not just Gleeman, either).
