Noticed riverratk had 1927 ... That was the year of the NYY's team with the best winning record (110-44, .714 AVE.) ... That included the fearsome duo of pricey sluggers of Da Babe and The Iron Horse ... Other dangerous sluggers from 1927 included outfielders Harry Heilmann, Hack Wilson and 2B Rogers Hornsby ... Starting aces like Ted Lyons and Wilcy Moore should get some decent run support ... 

Current season is entering the World Series.  Can we get this filled this week?  8 Owners needed......

Now that deuce's 150M league is full, we may start getting some new owners signing up ... 

We could always make it a 16 team league but we have filled up with 24 twice in these tribute leagues so I would like to hold our for 24 teams.
