Not how it works at all. I play in progs that have $255M caps, and if my team is $77M I go to an $80M TOC, and if it's $88M I go to a $90M TOC, etc. League cap has no impact on which TOC cap you're placed in, it's based on actual team salary, nothing else.

Yeah, I was wrong about how that works. League Number to come shortly.

Also, teams from this league are basically going to stand very little chance in a TOC in any case. I don't think anybody's team is built particularly efficiently. Almost everyone seems to have innings to spare.

Petrocelli is at best a lateral move - realistically, a step down - from my 2014 Matt Carpenter. I can look at your roster tonight though and see if I see anything that makes sense...
