This is a great change that has been needed for a long time. Even though it is a small change, it shows that there is some attention being paid to the games. This puts all teams on the same playing field in recruiting, and no longer gives an advantage to teams that have a name that starts with a letter way down in the alphabet.

I still think it needs to go one step farther. Teams that have unlocked actions should be listed at Low. Not at the same level as teams who have sent 1 AP. This would help prevent sniping.

I think it adds more strategy and planning. I use the sniping method all the time. Just sit and wait then dump 20 HVs on a guy. Not really very difficult.

Virginia is not impressed...

I know Dave (and I) post less in the conference forums than before :) I think conference cash at lower levels helped build the conference. I understand that made people not in a "good" conference at a disadvantage, but honestly I don't even know why there's an option to scout D3 people anymore.

Improvements are always a good thing. I still liked 2.0 better, but I get that some things needed changing.
