It can be decided by the opponents. If you can't decide, then I'd let the lower rated team play at home. With an odd number of games, at least 1 team will be at an advantage unfortunately.

I considered having a 5 team tourney, with 2 and 2 road and home, but i didn't want to force too many (4) random opponents into owners' non-conference schedules.

Hey bobby2c, if we get several more owners interested this week, we can add a 5th tourney for you in Crum.
