I can't believe the A's vs Twins/Senators split was 10 to 2. I'm pretty sure I could build a Twins/Senators roster right now form the available groups that would be just as (if not more) competitive as the A's teams that have been built.

I mean, how was the 2006 Santana / Mauer combination not chosen? Of course, a bunch of stud Walter Johnsons are available. 1992 Puckett/Knobluach is available. Oh, and 1945 Roger Wolff (2.04 erc#) didn't get selected.

Can I change from A's to Twins/Senators?

I think it's more about depth. Senators have some great pitchers and hitters available, but not enough to fill out a full roster, IMO. At least not with the depth of an A's team.

I just built a Senators/Twins team using the leftover years 1912, 1933, 1945, 1992, 2006 and the stats compare favorably with my A's team.

Senators/Twins: Hitting: .318 / .382 / .455, Pitching: 1686 ip, .223 oav, 1.05 whip, 0.32 hr/9
A's: Hitting: .312 / .384 / .482, Pitching: 1563 ip, .231 oav, 1.08 whip, 0.40 hr/9

Of course, I understand that if a third owner joined the Senators/Twins drafting group, by definition, all the A's teams improve incrementally.

Agreed. And no one more so than myself. Picking last I knew there would only be 3 of us in the group. Probably should have taken 1930 and 1945 with my first 2 picks. Oh well, let's see how it plays out.

I'm given the 1976 A's for my 5th.
