Somehow I have managed to build a team that can't hit or pitch. Quite impressive.

These last 3 picks emphasize my failure to build a sufficient team with the first 3-4 picks so as to be free to take an essentially one-person team with my last pick. The only good thing I can say about my team is that it isn't homer-reliant in a league likely to be dominated by deadball pitchers, so maybe that's something.

I had a tough decision here. I could either upgrade SS Joe Tinker (.278, .327, .390, C/A+) with one one of the decent Ernie Banks' seasons still available, who also essentially comes with no usable teammates, or I could upgrade the bullpen. I really don't have a bullpen, but 6 starting pitchers, and two short-inning guys.

So with the plethora of deadball pitchers in this league, I determined Banks HRs wouldn't really translate very well, so I'm hoping that Sutter doesn't disappoint me like most other relievers.
