How are you doing alignment?

You should have a blacklist of the team/decades that can't be chosen to make it easier when we are looking for teams.

Good to have you both sweg and JGreene.

Greeny, as far as alignment goes, right now I'm just going to make sure that the users with multiple teams have their teams in separate conferences, probably random otherwise. As far as blacklisting goes, I don't think that its necessary....we're only choosing 24 Team Seasons here and nobody's had a problem to date. The list is clearly displayed on page 1 and I'll let someone know if they've chosen incorrectly or have broken the rules.

You wouldn't consider entering a different team than that 94-95 Utah team, you seem pretty gung ho about this concept.
