Besides Molina all of the top catchers arms suck. Catcher is a wasteland in 2009.

Wanted to comment on the Lincecum/Pujols conundrum I had LOL. I will concede the fact that Pujols versus the rest of the hitters was a bigger gap than Lincecum vs the next best pitcher. However, that is only one factor in making the decision. It was tuff as I figured half the people would pick Pujols and half prolly would go pitching. The key however in a snake draft is the gap between #1 and #48 when you pick again. IMO the gap between the #1 pitcher and #48 pitcher is much bigger than the #1 and #48 batter. Looking at all SP with over 140 IP and ranking by ERC, the #48 pitcher was Jason Marquis with almost twice the ERA and ERC than Lincecum and half the Ks etc. My hitter I took at #48 was Helton and though he doesn't have the same power as Pujols the BAvg and 2Bs/3Bs were virtually the same and the OBP was only 7% lower and Helton a gold glover. So I kinda looked at it like would I want Lincecum/Helton or Pujols/Marquis. Took the former rather than the latter. Good thing is I got to make the choice and Trump got his man as well so at least 2 people were happy with their spot :)

My top 5 in order was Lincecum,Greinke,Carpenter Pujols and Mauer. Liked Carpenters numbers better than Greinke he just lacked IP. For fun lets take a poll and see who everyone's number #1 would have been.

Lincecum, greinke, pujols, carpenter..those are my top 4..i would hate to have to pick a hitter first..the pitchers are horrible...i love my team thus far though..i've got excellent hitting, with a decent 1-2 punch with greinke-pettite..

What happens to the people like mrnelson who hasnt picked from round 18 do we have to wait for him or does the computer select for him?
